Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Code Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional codes, discount offers, and voucher codes issued by P.E Nation ("Promotional Codes"), unless otherwise stated.

General

1. Promotional Codes are issued by P.E Nation and may only be redeemed online at www.pe-nation.com, unless otherwise specified.
2. Promotional Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, gift cards, or any other alternative.
3. Promotional Codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise exchanged.
4. Promotional Codes are valid only for the period specified in the relevant promotion and will expire automatically after the stated expiry date.
5. Promotional Codes are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended by P.E Nation at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Redemption

1. To redeem a Promotional Code, the code must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase.
2. Only one Promotional Code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise specified.
3. Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher, loyalty reward, or promotional code unless expressly stated.
4. Promotional Codes apply only to eligible products and may exclude sale items, gift cards, bundles, limited-edition collections, collaborations, shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other specified products.
5. Any minimum spend requirement must be met after discounts and before shipping charges are applied.

Returns & Exchanges

1. If products purchased using a Promotional Code are returned, refunded, or exchanged, the refund amount will reflect the price paid after the Promotional Code discount was applied.
2. Promotional Codes will not be reissued, refunded, or credited following a return or exchange unless required by applicable consumer law.
3. Where a Promotional Code has been applied across multiple items in an order, any refund amount will be adjusted proportionately across the eligible items.

Fraud & Misuse

1. P.E Nation reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or invalidate any Promotional Code where fraud, misuse, technical error, unauthorised activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
2. Orders may be cancelled where Promotional Codes have been obtained, shared, or used unlawfully or contrary to the intended purpose of the promotion.

Consumer Rights

1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2. Consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation where required by law.

Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P.E Nation is not responsible for any technical malfunction, system error, website interruption, or other issue that may affect the availability or redemption of a Promotional Code.
2. P.E Nation's liability in connection with any Promotional Code is limited to the value of the discount offered, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to Terms

1. P.E Nation reserves the right to amend these Promotional Code Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on www.pe-nation.com.
