Oh dear - although we hope this never happens, if you have received an item from this website with a defect then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a replacement and/or solution as soon as possible. If you have purchased a faulty P.E Nation item through one of our retailers, you must contact the retailer directly to process the return.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
P.E Nation is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore P.E Nation cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

HOW DO P.E GIFT CARDS WORK?
P.E Gift Cards are an online e-voucher and will be sent via email to the nominated recipient. You can choose between different Gift Card values, and the recipient can use this on any item online at www.pe-nation.com. Your Gift Card will be sent to the recipient shortly after you complete the purchase, so if you would like the recipient to receive the Gift Card at a later date, then we suggest popping your own email into the recipient field and simply sending this to them on the special day or occasion.
