In celebration of inner and outer strength, P.E Nation's Co-Founder Pip Edwards sat down with New York Times Bestselling author Gabrielle Bernstein to talk about all things meditation, mindset, and manifesting a life beyond your wildest dreams.

Pip: What have you been looking forward to most about your time in Australia?
Gabby: I absolutely LOVE the Aussie audiences. When I teach in Australia I feel extreme gratitude and enthusiasm from the people who show up. I’m also really thrilled to spend time with my best friend, who lives in Sydney. We haven’t seen each other in over two years.

Pip: What has been a standout memory of any one of your live events so far?
Gabby:
Oh gosh, there’s so many! At a recent talk in London a woman shared about her fertility struggle. I offered her advice and then asked her to pick a card from my Super Attractor affirmation deck. The card she pulled was the blue butterfly, and the quote was: “I surrender to a power greater than me.” This blew my mind, not only because the quote was spot on, but also because the blue butterfly is my sign for fertility and babies.

Pip: What can guests expect from this tour, and what do you think some of the biggest takeaways will be for people?
Gabby:
They can expect a SUPER high vibe experience. My hope is to elevate their energy and offer them a transformational event that will jumpstart their personal development and manifesting power! I want everyone to leave feeling energised, inspired, and spiritually connected.

Pip: You impact so many with the guidance, tools and advice that you share - do you still get pinch me moments?
Gabby:
I guess I’ve been in this field for so many years that nothing surprises me anymore. I also know that I’m on a mission to help as many people as possible and have a lot of fun. When that’s my only objective, it’s easy to expect miracles and live in the flow.

Pip: What portion of our future, would you say, are we capable of moulding? How capable are we of creating the life we desire?
Gabby: We are 100% capable of co-creating our reality. It’s not that we won’t have difficult experiences, but when we develop a strong inner strength and spiritual connection, we can show up for the tough stuff with grace and possibility. When we choose to seek solutions rather than problems, our life’s path totally transforms — invisible doors open for us — and we can feel supported no matter what. We are Super Attractors!

Pip: When it comes to manifesting, what kind of daily practices can we begin with? Is there a helpful morning exercise we can do, or a habit we can add to our evening routine to round out the day?
Gabby: Yes! One of my favourite daily practices is something I call the Daily Design method. Each morning, when you wake up, ask yourself these four questions:

How do I want to feel today?
Who do I want to be today?
What do I want to receive today?
What do I want to give today?

By caring about how you feel and directing your focus toward positive visualisations as you answer these questions, you allow the Universe to support you. The more you practice good-feeling thoughts, the more your ability to receive grows.

It's a subtle practice, but it can create radical change in your life. The Universe is always responding to your energy. Practice this method for the next 40 days and expect MAJOR life shifts.

Pip: What is the ideal frame of mind for manifesting?
Gabby:
What we believe we will receive, therefore, the more we lean into high vibe thoughts and feelings the more we’ll attract what we want. Our commitment to our inner peace is the secret to manifesting.

Pip: What is a super attractor, and how do we become one?
Gabby:
We are all Super Attractors, although many folks have built up a lot of blocks to that power. We can realign with our Super Attractor power through our thoughts, beliefs, and energy. When we embark on a spiritual path and commit to personal growth we can clear the blocks to the presence of our Super Attractor power. It’s always there, we just have to return to it.

Pip: Progress towards any goal we might have doesn’t always seem, feel or look linear - especially when our lives are so fast-paced and our attention pulled in multiple directions at once. How and what can we do to trust the process?

Gabby: In my book, The Universe Has Your Back, I write;

The key to trusting in the Universe’s plan is to let go of all outcomes. When we get hung up on how something “should” turn out, then we disconnect with the flow of universal guidance. The energy behind a “should” mentality is controlling and manipulating. The Universe does not align with that energy. It’s when we let go of the outcome that we open up our perceptual worldview and allow ourselves to be led.

Pip: How do we tap into our authentic truth? How do we find it and connect with it?
Gabby: The journey to authenticity is one I cherish. I’m finally at a place where I’ve released the idea of who I should be and accepted that my authenticity is my superpower. That goes for every single one of us.

All the world wants from you is your authentic truth. Trying to be someone you’re not weakens your inner power and deprives the world of your greatness.

Practice returning to your truth by paying attention to when you feel out of alignment with your authentic self. Maybe you don’t quite act like yourself in certain settings—maybe it’s at work or when you’re on a date. For many people, it’s how they present themselves on social media. Make a list.

Learn to recognise how it feels to be disconnected from your truth. What’s your energy like in those situations? Notice how you feel, physically and emotionally. Look closely at those patterns. What is underneath that fear of being real?

Next, think about where you feel safe enough to truly be yourself. Start building your authenticity in those safe spaces, whether it’s when you’re journaling or with a specific person. Practice that presence.

Stop yourself when you notice you’re out of alignment. The easiest way to do this is to simply take a deep breath. You can breathe your way back to authenticity.

Pip: You use breathwork as a powerful tool. What are the main benefits, and why should we be integrating breathwork into our lives?
Gabby: When you focus attention onto your breath, you have the power to regulate your nervous system. Your breath is the greatest resource you have for relaxing your body and calming your mind. Any form of breath work can transform your life. Breath brings you back to your centre, back to the moment, and back to your truth.

Pip: What are you most looking forward to right now?
Gabby: I’m most looking forward to completing my new book. I wake up every day excited to get to my computer and start writing. It’s flowing out of me and I’m super inspired.
