You are shopping on our Australian & New Zealand site, all prices stated below are in Australian Dollar (AUD$). All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however, please allow 2-3 day business days for your order to be dispatched during our HALF TIME sale event. Express shipping is not available during this time but will be back on again soon.

All Australian & New Zealand orders are shipped with Australia Post, Star Track Express or DHL - using Shippit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for.

We unfortunately are unable to deliver goods to a PO box or Parcel Locker.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am that same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotional activities and sales.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by NZ customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E Nation, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

RETURNS

Although we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

P.E NATION OFFERS:

  • Refund on FULL PRICE items
  • Store credit on FULL PRICE and SALE items (Excludes FINAL SALE)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order confirmation date
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  • All Swimwear Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition with hygiene stickers still attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  • Please click here to complete your returns request
  • We will email you within the next business day with your Return Authorisation Form and FREE shipping label
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order confirmation date
  • Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and attach the shipping label provided on the outside of your parcel
  • Drop your parcel off at a convenient street Post Box 24/7 or at your local Post Office
  • Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, or store credit.

HOW TO RETURN WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:

  • We will email you within the next business day with your Return Authorisation Form and return shipping address
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order confirmation date
  • Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and send back to our Sydney warehouse
