The Initialise Running Short in Black comes as part of our On Assignment Collection, where grounded earthy tones are matched with urban-ready expeditionwear - a fusion of traditional hiking apparel layered with a high fashion focus and oversized fits. A mid rise running short, the Initialise is cut from hyper lightweight spray fabrication with a fast-dry finish for comfort and agility on the move. Internal mesh brief and double layer waistband keep the fit secure. Signature P.E Nation colour block panelling and logo at front round out the design details. Rides up thighs

Looks nice, but not great for running! The lining feels scratchy and doesn't smoothly mould to the body, it digs in. If you're using this for running, it will eventually ride up between your thighs and it becomes really uncomfortable. I have to constantly fix them whilst running.

Nice shorts but tight elastic

Shorts are great quality, can’t fault them- however the double elastic band means they are quite tight on the waste and cut into the hip area creating a bulging muffin. Fine for those with slender body shapes, if you have curves or cushion in that area be prepared for it to cut in a bit. Or size extra up and run with a loose fit.
