We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Castle Towers store, bringing the P.E Nation energy to life for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire and coach a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Drive sales performance, conversion, and UPT through authentic customer connection and styling.
• Deliver brand storytelling on the floor – from capsule drops to our latest activewear essentials.
• Maintain operational excellence including stock management, VM execution and store presentation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and empowerment aligned with P.E Nation values.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or activewear retail environment.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the P.E Nation brand ethos.
• Organised, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail space.
