eCommerce Co-Ordinator

P.E Nation is looking for an eCommerce Co-Ordinator to join our team.  This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is drawn to joining a best-in-class, innovative brand, and interested in accelerating their learning and experience by working with leaders in the Digital space. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Merchandising 

  • Own the product enrichment process, ensuring all product data, imagery, and copy are accurate, compelling, and aligned to brand guidelines. 
  • Build and manage product categories, merchandising, and onsite navigation to create seamless customer journeys. 
  • Upload and manage products on the website in line with delivery dates and campaign launches. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade teams to align category presentation with promotional strategies and search trends. 
  • Monitor stock status, product performance, and optimise content to drive conversion. 

Promotions & Campaigns 

  • Set up, test, and launch promotions and offers in alignment with marketing and trade calendars. 
  • Support in briefing and implementing onsite content updates including homepage, landing pages, and editorial content. 
  • Support and execute engaging email and SMS campaigns, from briefing through to testing, deployment, and reporting. 
  • Support the CRM & Trade Manager to manage and optimise trigger-based and automated email flows to enhance customer engagement. 

Performance & Reporting 

  • Deliver weekly reports on email, website, and promotional performance with actionable insights. 
  • Maintain onsite search settings, ensuring optimisation for customer intent and brand messaging. 
  • Undertake UAT (user acceptance testing) for new developments and platform updates. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Maintain strong communication with Customer Care to ensure customer help center content is accurate and up to date. 
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of product launches, promotions, and customer experience initiatives. 

 Key Skills & Experience 

  • 1+ years’ experience in an eCommerce role, or tertiary qualification in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus experience highly regarded). 
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems – AP21 experience highly advantageous. 
  • Experience with onsite merchandising tools such as SearchSpring. 
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar). 
  • Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 experience beneficial). 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. 
  • Passion for digital retail, customer experience, and fashion.
