eCommerce Co-Ordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & MerchandisingÂ
- Own the product enrichment process, ensuring all product data, imagery, and copy are accurate, compelling, and aligned to brand guidelines.Â
- Build and manage product categories, merchandising, and onsite navigation to create seamless customer journeys.Â
- Upload and manage products on the website in line with delivery dates and campaign launches.Â
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade teams to align category presentation with promotional strategies and search trends.Â
- Monitor stock status, product performance, and optimise content to drive conversion.Â
Promotions & CampaignsÂ
- Set up, test, and launch promotions and offers in alignment with marketing and trade calendars.Â
- Support in briefing and implementing onsite content updates including homepage, landing pages, and editorial content.Â
- Support and execute engaging email and SMS campaigns, from briefing through to testing, deployment, and reporting.Â
- Support the CRM & Trade Manager to manage and optimise trigger-based and automated email flows to enhance customer engagement.Â
Performance & ReportingÂ
- Deliver weekly reports on email, website, and promotional performance with actionable insights.Â
- Maintain onsite search settings, ensuring optimisation for customer intent and brand messaging.Â
- Undertake UAT (user acceptance testing) for new developments and platform updates.Â
Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Maintain strong communication with Customer Care to ensure customer help center content is accurate and up to date.Â
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of product launches, promotions, and customer experience initiatives.Â
 Key Skills & ExperienceÂ
- 1+ years’ experience in an eCommerce role, or tertiary qualification in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field.Â
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus experience highly regarded).Â
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems – AP21 experience highly advantageous.Â
- Experience with onsite merchandising tools such as SearchSpring.Â
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar).Â
- Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Â
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 experience beneficial).Â
- High attention to detail and accuracy.Â
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Â
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.Â
- Passion for digital retail, customer experience, and fashion.Â
