Great Leggings for lifting
I recently tried these leggings and overall found them very comfortable for most workouts. The material is exceptionally soft and feels great against the skin, making them perfect for longer gym sessions. They provide good freedom of movement and didn't restrict me at all during heavy lifting exercises – they stayed perfectly in place for squats, deadlifts, etc.
However, I ran into a significant issue during running or high-intensity cardio: they tend to slide down. I constantly had to adjust them, While they excel for weight training, they don't stay secure enough for dynamic movement.
