EU/EFTA Right of Withdrawals

If you're shopping with us from the EU or EFTA, you're entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, in addition to our standard P.E Nation returns policy. Whichever gives you more time or flexibility applies to you.

Conditions for return
  • You have a valid proof of purchase from P.E Nation Online via www.pe-nation.com or our P.E Nation Retail stores.
  • Online orders can only be returned via an Online request, and cannot be accepted in any of our Retail boutiques.
  • Purchases made via our Retail Boutiques can be returned to any retail Boutique (excluding Liverpool Outlet) and cannot be accepted via an online request. Purchases made via our Liverpool Outlet are final sale and not eligible for change of mind returns. (This exclusion applies as-is to EU/EFTA customers too, as in-person boutique purchases fall outside the distance-selling right of withdrawal.)
  • Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date; Retail returns must be received back in a boutique within 30 days of your purchase date. EU/EFTA customers: if this 30-day window would give you less time than your statutory right — 14 days from delivery to notify us, plus a further 14 days to post the item — the longer of the two applies to you.
  • All item(s) must be returned in original, saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered and with original tags attached. EU/EFTA customers: for statutory withdrawals, this condition may result in a deduction from your refund reflecting any reduction in value, rather than the return being refused outright — except where the item is personalised or a hygiene seal has been broken, in which case it isn't eligible for return.
How long do I have to change my mind about an order?

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives your order to cancel your purchase, without needing to give a reason. This is separate from - and in addition to - our standard returns policy.

How do I let you know I want to withdraw from my purchase?

Head to our dedicated Returns Portal and start your return, selecting the reason that best matches your situation. This is the fastest way to process your withdrawal. If you run into any issues using the portal, our customer care team at info@pe-nation.com is on hand to help.

How long do I then have to send the item back?

Once you've told us you're withdrawing, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Are there items I can't return under this right?

Yes. In line with EU law, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to:

  • Makeup or tan stains, or fragrance from perfume, body lotions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached, including the return tag and swing tags. Once these tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
  • All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

Does this apply to sale or final-clearance items?

Yes. Under EU and EFTA consumer law, "final sale" or "non-returnable" labelling does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Even if an item is marked as final sale or sale, you're still entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the item falls under one of the specific exemptions listed above (personalised items, or hygiene-sealed items where the seal has been broken).

Return instructions and fees for New Zealand:

All returns from New Zealand are eligible for a subsidised return label, using the P.E Nation delivery carrier rates. A cost of $20.00 NZD will be deducted from your final return amount. 

How to lodge your return:Check that your return meets our returns criteria;Lodge your return request through our returns portal;

  • Securely repack your items and include the returns paperwork in your parcel
  • Print your provided New Zealand Post return shipping label and fix securely to the outside of your parcel, before dropping at your nearest New Zealand Post.
  • Please ensure that you are using the provided return shipping label. If you elect not to use the provided return shipping label, P.E Nation will not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or shipping errors that may occur. 
  • Please ensure that you have removed any previous shipping labels
Store credit terms and conditions:
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
  • Store credits issued in AUD either via www.pe-nation.com or through any P.E Nation boutique in Australia can be redeemed Online at www.pe-nation.com or at any P.E Nation boutique in Australia;
  • Store credits issued in NZD, USD, CAD, EUR, GBP via www.pe-nation.com can only be redeemed Online at www.pe-nation.com
  • Store credits are issued in the original currency of purchase and cannot be exchanged for any other currency
  • Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit
  • Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen;
  • Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers

Returns policy update

The P.E Nation Returns Policy has been updated as of 1st July 2025:

  • For orders placed on or before 30th June 2025, the Returns Policy for full priced items on a temporary markdown or promotion remains the same. Returns for full priced items on a temporary markdown or promotion are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Returns within Australia and the United States only are eligible for a free (pre-paid) return label. All costs associated with returning items to P.E Nation outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer guarantee:

All purchases are covered by consumer guarantees and rights under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law. If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
