Misleading sizes

Great jumper , it’s way too big though, wish I had of got a Large. It said a large is size 12, so I opted for the XL, because that said size 14, but it was more like a 16, the Large would have fit perfectly, but I was mislead with the number sizes as the guide that were wrong. But disappointed in that.
